FullIMEIReport.com provides IMEI and Serial Number lookup services, device intelligence reports, carrier lock information, blacklist status, API integrations and business tools for marketplaces, repair centers and telecom operations. We do not perform unlocking, iCloud bypass, password recovery, device location or any unauthorized access services.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

All information is provided �as is� based on third-party data sources. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, speed or availability. We are not affiliated with Apple, Samsung, GSMA, or any carrier.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website or API. Actions prohibited include bots without API plans, scraping, DDoS attacks, unauthorized server access, reverse engineering, fraud, or use of IMEI services for illegal purposes.

5. API Usage

API keys are confidential and must not be shared. Misuse or abuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.

6. Payments & Refunds

Refunds are only granted for system failure or discontinued services. Mistyped IMEIs or invalid numbers are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 15 business days.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, bot abuse, excessive invalid IMEIs, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and code belong to IMEI PRO L.L.C. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

IMEI PRO L.L.C. is not liable for financial loss, inaccurate data, API downtime, or indirect damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Website or API constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
